We're happy to refund any customer at any time. If you've made a payment and asked for a refund, you will get one.
We've also made it as easy as we possibly can for you to get your money refunded. All you need to do is click here: I would like a refund. If you're already logged in to the Loanfinder website, any fee you've paid will be brought up and you'll be able to ask for a refund. If you're not logged in or you don't have your log in details, don't worry, you'll get a form which will ask you for your name, email address, postcode and the reason for refund. We'll then search for any payments you've made. If you're not ready to do this now, just visit the 'Contact Us' page and you'll find our refund form.
Once you've asked us for a refund it can take around two weeks for the money to show in your account, as it depends on how long your bank take to process the transaction.
It's important to remember that we have to return the money to the card or account you paid your fee from. Please also remember that because we've already carried out work on your behalf, we're legally allowed to keep £5 of the fee you paid. This means that you'll get your money back but it will be minus £5.

will i still get a refund even if iv cancelled my cash card
reply from Candice Gallab
Yes, if you've closed your bank account or cancelled your card, we're happy to send you the refund by cheque. When you request a refund, make sure you let us know that you no longer use the card/account you paid from.
If you've already requested a refund and it's been sent back to the card you paid from, the bank will normally keep hold of your money. All you need to do, is give them a ring, or go into your local branch with identification and they should be able to
transfer the money to your account.
