I hav applied and waited but I haven't got a lender yet...

When you made your application with Loanfinder, you should have been sent a username and a password by text and/or email. All you need to do is Log In and visit 'My Lenders' and the lenders we've found for you will be waiting on your page.
If you've already tried this and you still can't see your recommended lenders, you should check your application details on the 'My Account' page, you can also change your details here. Sometimes, if you've filled out the wrong information, or you haven't completed your application,we won't be able to find you a lender. Once you've checked your details are all correct and made the changes you need to, check back on your 'My Lenders' page and your lender will be waiting for you.
If you've tried all this and still not had a lender, please get in touch with us by going to contact us and we'll take it from there.

I`ve applied for a loan.
You have provide me with 2 lenders who`s main critera is to pawn my goods has security.
Are these the only types of lenders that you can find for me will meet my loan requirements of 15k?

We've recommended the best of several different types of lender, so you can choose which one best suits your current situation. If you don't want to go through a pawn broker, no worries, you're not obliged to apply to them. All you need to do is select the best lender for your current situation and click 'Apply Now'. If you want us to make you a new recommendation, just click on 'I'm not happy with this lender' and we'll find your next best option.

hello..this the third time ive applied,youve taken the fee already,but stil i dont see any lendres comin up...whats wrong?

If you're unable to see the lenders we've recommended you, it could be one of several reasons. Either you paid us a fee previously which has been refunded, your payment for the Loanfinder service actually failed or you haven't set up a payment
for our service. We're only able to carry out work on your behalf, if you have a payment set up for a later date, or if you have already paid for our service and have not been refunded. Asking you to set up a payment, is our way of asking you to commit to us, a promise to pay us once we've found your lender.
Remember we only want you to pay if you're happy. If you've not had a loan paid out and the date you chose to pay your fee is approaching, all you need to do is log in and change your fee date.
If you would like us to find you a loan, all you need to do is set up a payment for our service. If you've already got log in details click here Log In. If not you can start a new application by clicking here: apply.
