Getting a refund is easy. All you need to do is Log In and click on: I would like a refund. This will let us know that you'd like your money back and we'll arrange this for you.

If you paid your fee by card, we'll refund it to that card and the money will leave our account within 24 hours. Please be aware that it can take up to 2 weeks for the money to show on your card as it is dependent on how long your bank take to process transactions of that type.

If you paid your fee by Direct Debit, we'll send the money back to the account you used. Normally, we'll send your money back to you within 24 hours, but please be aware that all Direct Debits go through a clearing period after the date the payment was made. What this means is that we don't receive the money until about a week after the payment date. Don't worry though, as soon as the payment clears into our account, we'll send your money back to your account but it can take up to 2 weeks for the money to show in your account depending on how long your bank take to process transactions of this type.

Please remember that because we've already carried out work on your behalf, we're legally allowed to keep £5 of the fee you paid. This means that you'll get your money back but it will be minus £5.

ive asked for a refund but i would like it paid to a different account so please contact me a.s.a.p. before its processed.
thank you.

Unfortunately, we can only refund your money to the account or card you paid from. If you've cancelled your card or closed your bank account, a refund can be issued by cheque, but please let us know when you request your refund. Just write it where
it says 'Reason for Refund'.

If you cancel your card after a refund has been processed, the bank will normally keep hold of your money. All you need to do, is give them a ring, or go into your local branch with identification and they should be able to transfer the money to your account.

Do i have to be logged in to be able to ask for my money back or can i just complete the form?

reply from Candice Gallab

No, you don't have to be logged in to ask for a refund, but it will make it quicker for you. If you've forgotten your details, click on this link: Forgotten your login details? And we'll send them to you again. If you still can't get hold of your log in details, don't worry, just fill out the form and include as much information as you can to help us track down your payment.
