Waiting for ages to speak to someone at a call centre drives us mad. So we wanted to make sure you could contact us without having to listen to James Blunt on a loop. So whether you need to apply for a new loan, accept and apply to a lender we've chosen for you, turn a lender down, or move your fee payment date, you can do it all online yourself.
Once you've made your application, and set your future, fee payment date, you will be presented with the loan options we have found for you, as well as all the things you need to be able to manage your application with us.
If however, your query is slightly different and you need to hear back from us, you can still do this online. All you need to do is go to the 'Contact Us' page and select one of the options. It can sometimes take us a little while to reply, so please bear with us. We will get back to you as soon as we can (usually within 2 to 3 working days).

I was aware of a lot of bad publicity surrounding some loan finding companies and had doubts regarding how easy it would be to obtain a refund after my personal circumstances changed for the worse. Loanfinder UK replied to my refund request within 12 hours and honoured their refund policy in full. Thank goodness for a company offering an honest and transparent service in such finacially uncertain times.
